The dates of VBS 2024 are June 17th – 21st from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for 4 yr olds -5th Grade.

Early Drop Off : Starts at 7:30 am at school cafeteria.

Late Pick Up: BY 12:30 pm at school cafeteria.

6th Graders – High School and adults can volunteer.

Vacation Bible School is an opportunity for the children of the Parish, 4 Years old to 5th Grade to gather with each other to learn more about the journeys of Jesus and his disciples through fun Bible Stories, games and activities.

Please fill out the registration form below (one submission per student). After registration form is completed, please be sure to submit payment, found below the registration form.

Volunteer Information

For teens in 6th Grade and up, Vacation Bible School is a great way to earn Service Hours, participate in the life of St. Mary Parish and share their faith with others through their example.

For parents and grandparents, it is an opportunity to share your time, gifts, talents and faith with the children and teens of the parish, plus create wonderful friendships and memories with the children and fellow adults.

There will be an Ethics in Ministry Workshop scheduled prior to VBS for those who need certification in order to participate in VBS.

Many volunteers are always needed before, during and after VBS to plan, set up, work and take down. Any amount of time you can share your faith with the children of the parish, would be appreciated. EIM certification is required to participate, teens: Called to Protect and adults: EIM.

Adult, Parent/Guardian Liability Release Form: I hereby consent for myself or son/daughter (named above) to participate in the St. Mary Vacation Bible School program. I understand that this program will take place on the parish grounds as chosen by the Director of Faith Formation. My Son/daughter or I will be under the supervision of authorized parish personnel. I will not hold the Diocese of Austin, St. Mary Catholic Church, its personnel, or volunteers liable in the event of injury. In addition, I hereby grant St. Mary Catholic Church permission to use for promotional purposes any photographs taken during Vacation bible School 2024.

I have read and agree to the Liability Release Form.

I grant permission for non-prescriptive medication and routine non-surgical medical care to be given to my child if deemed advisable by the supervising parish personnel. In case of emergency, I also grant permission to transport myself or child to the nearest hospital for emergency medical or surgical treatment. I relieve the Diocese of Austin, St. Mary Catholic Church, its personnel, and volunteers of all responsibility and consequence that may arise because of this treatment. The emergency contact will be contacted as soon as possible and will be advised to any further treatment by the hospital medical doctor. Participant is fully responsible for any cost of necessary medical care needed because of participation at St. Mary VBS.

For VBS students participating:

1. After form has been submitted, please proceed to the online payment page.

2. Select the “RE fees” option

3. Enter the amount: $20 for one student, $40 for two students, $60 for three students, etc.

4. Click on “One Time” and make sure the frequency below is selected it “Once, now”

5. Type in “name of the student attending” – VBS. If there are multiple students, enter all names in the space provided (ex. Jane, John, and Elaine Doe -VBS)

6. Click “Give Now”

7. Fill in payment information and click “Continue and Review”

8. Submit.
