St. Mary’s Catholic Church Festival 2023
Welcome to our largest fundraiser of the year! We are over the moon with excitement as we plan this year’s festivities. The date is set for Sunday, April 23, 2023 with activities from 11 am to 8 pm. Please take a few moments to read this entirely and carefully. First, we are expecting a greater response from the community and our church families in support of our endeavors. The campus will be overflowing with live music, games, face painting, petting zoo, a beer garden, food trucks and various craft vendors. The highly anticipated carnival rides will be back with a new ride called The Wrecking Ball! We’re also looking forward to teaming up with Rescue Magazine to host a Puppy Adoption during the festival.

Vendor Information
We are offering indoor and outdoor spaces for craft vendors. Spaces are rented on a first come, first served basis. The vendor set up for both craft and food vendors will be on Sunday, April 23rd beginning at 7 am until 10 am only (due to our outdoor Mass beginning at 10 am, we want to minimize movement of our campus during this time). Everyone is welcome to join us in our celebration of Mass under the huge Oak tree. All vendors need to be set up and ready to go by 11 am.
All applications and fees are due by February 28, 2023. Vendor fees will be non-refundable after March 10, 2023. If the Church cancels the event for any reason, vendor fees will be refunded.
PAYMENTS: By submitting your application and payment to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, a receipt for payment will be provided and your spot secured. Completing any application will not secure your spot-on campus until full payment is received. Please call the Church office for credit card payments, 254-773-4541. Approximately a week prior to the event you will receive an email containing a map of our Church campus and a booth number designating your booth or trailer. Food vendors will be designated on the grass near the Ave Maria building. For questions regarding booths, rental spaces, or any questions in general please call Theresa Mireles at 512-415-2961.
We are not responsible or liable for injuries, loss of property due to accident, weather, theft etc.
FOOD TRUCKS: Please contact Theresa Mireles with your questions, she will be the point of contact. There is a $200 fee for the space. We are hoping that you will be self-sustaining and ask that you have your own generators for electricity. We also require a Food Dealer’s Certification and not a Food Handler’s Certification. Please be advised that anyone selling food products to the public must provide a Food Dealer’s Certificate.
Vendor Sign-Up
Event Date/Time: Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 11 am to 8 pm. Vendor’s must keep booths open until 4 pm or until goods are SOLD out.
We extend a personal invite to you, your friends and families to stay and partake in all the festivities!
Please provide a description of the crafts, merchandise, services, or food that you will be preparing for our event.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION ITEMS:
- Application and Payment Deadline: February 28, 2023.
- Indoor/Outdoor Craft Vendor Booth Fee: $100 for 10′ x10′ space.
- Food Truck Vendor Fee: $200.
- Vendors will be responsible for your own tables and chairs, display set-ups and take-downs.
