On Saturday morning December 3, our Youth Ministry gathered together on campus to load up and head out for Bethlehem. This program takes place in the town of Burnett where part of the square on Main street transports you back 2000 years to the street of Bethlehem Israel. The youth experienced many people in period costumes throughout the entire day, they touched camels, donkeys, and various animals as you would have experienced in the days
We truly want to say Thank You to all the volunteers, all the cooks that rose beyond the break of dawn, and the roosters too! Thank you to all the donors and bakers, those that came to clean, dust, push, move, and set up our venue. The ministry fair took place on September 17th and 18th with tons of fun, prizes, snacks, and a great turnout! We had several ministries share with us that they received new interest and many signed up for various ministries. We truly had a wonderful time and love seeing over 26 campus ministries come together to serve our church families and our communities. Fr. Kurtis was ordained on June 9, 2012, in Austin Texas by Bishop Joe Vasquez, he has served in several Catholic Churches in Austin and surrounding areas but his first assignment as Pastor was four years ago, here at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. His ministry in Temple began as the AC units in the church had to be replaced. That did not dampen his spirits and we held Mass in the school cafeteria and gym.

St. Mary Catholic Church hosted their traditional turkey dinner fundraiser for the first time in seven years Thank you to the hard work of many volunteers and donated turkeys that made this fundraiser a success!
